| To process your order, we require your name, address, phone number,
email address and credit card information.
We use this information solely to process your order and, if any questions
arise, to contact you about your order. We share this information, and only that
information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that
are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial
institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that
delivers your order.

Mailing List

We have a
mailing list
which you can join.
I ask for your email address, which I use to send you information
about our products and what's new on our site
(new products, articles, recipes, etc.), or other information I think you
should be aware of.
I ask which categories you wish to receive information about (products local to Central NJ, fiber products, natural kosher foods, etc.). I use this information to determine which mailings to send to you.
I also collect other optional information (name, city, state,
and comments).
I collect this information so I can be aware of my customers' needs and
concerns. I ask for city and state, so I know where my products generate
the most interest. I collect name so I can contact someone by name, if I need
to address a comment they have made.
This information is all optional. The only required information
to be on the mailing list is the visitor's email address.
I do not share any of this information with third parties, except for
Constant Contact, who manages my mailing list. You can view their privacy policy.

Tell A Friend

| I have a page where visitors can recommend our web site to other people.
I ask for the visitor's name and email address, the name and email addresses of
their friend, and an optional message to attach. I use this
information to send an email to their friend, telling who recommended the
site to them. I include the visitor's message, and a little blurb about our products.
I do not store the email addresses of the visitor or their
friend, or use this information in any way other than to send the
aforementioned email message.

Testimonials

| I have various places where I include testimonials from customers and/or
doctors. I only include a testimonial from someone if they give me permission
to do so. In each case, I ask how they wish to be identified, if at all.
They may choose to remain anonymous.

Aside from the previously mentioned third parties involved in the
processing of your order, we do not share your personally
identifiable information with any other entities.

We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting
your credit card information during our secure ordering process.
In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when
transferring your credit card data to Authorize.net, our payment gateway.
